What we collect
If you submit the waitlist form on the home page, we collect the email address you provide. That is the only personal data we collect. The site uses no cookies, no analytics, and no tracking pixels.
How we use it
Your email is used solely to contact you about access to Magnate. We do not share, sell, or otherwise disclose it to third parties beyond the form processor described below.
Where it's processed
Form submissions are transmitted to and stored by Formspree, a service operated from the United States. By submitting the form, you acknowledge that your email is transferred to and stored on infrastructure in the United States. Formspree's own privacy practices are available on their website.
How long we keep it
Your email is retained until you request its deletion or until the waitlist is closed, whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request access to your data, correction of inaccuracies, and deletion. To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@usemagnate.ai.
